1. How do I use SuperSpices?

Just like you’d use your regular kitchen spices! Sprinkle them into curries, soups, smoothies or even baked goods. The difference? Each spice blend has four superfoods - moringa, ashwagandha, baobab and flaxseed for a healthy boost.

2. Are you vegan?

Yes! All of our blends are 100% vegan, natural, gluten-free and free from artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives. Just pure flavour and goodness.

3. Are they safe for children?

Yes, our blends are generally safe for children. Just keep in mind that some blends may contain spicier ingredients (like cayenne pepper), so adjust to your child’s tolerance.

4. How much SuperSpice can I have each day?

There’s no strict daily limit - simply use as much as you need for each recipe. They’re designed to be a natural part of everyday cooking.

5. How often should I use it?

Every day if you like! SuperSpices are made to be part of your daily meals, adding both flavour and nutrition.

6. Can I use more than one SuperSpice in my meals?

Absolutely. Our blends are designed for mixing and matching. Try combining different ones to create new flavours and health benefits.

7. Can I use SuperSpice while breastfeeding?

We recommend avoiding Superspice while breastfeeding. Some of our superfoods, such as ashwagandha, may not be suitable during this time. If in doubt, please speak with your healthcare professional before use.
