Turmeric Health Shots

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice (about 2–3 oranges)
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon SuperSpice Turmeric Blend (or ground turmeric)
1/4 teaspoon SuperSpice Cayenne Pepper (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
A small pinch of black pepper (helps absorption of turmeric)
Instructions:
Prepare the base:
In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and coconut water. Warm over low heat for 2–3 minutes (do not boil).
Add the spices:
Stir in the SuperSpice Turmeric Blend, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Add acidity and sweetness:
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice and honey or maple syrup if using. Adjust sweetness or cayenne to your taste.
Blend and serve:
Pour the mixture into a blender and pulse briefly for a smooth, vibrant turmeric shot (optional but gives extra texture).
Divide into 4 small shot glasses and serve immediately or pour into small bottles and freeze for later.
Our tips:
For an extra nutrient boost, add a small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm) to the blender.
Drink these shots in the morning on an empty stomach for a natural metabolism and immunity boost.
Start with a smaller pinch of cayenne if you’re sensitive to spice, then increase gradually.
